Returns & Exchanges
- The maximum return period is 14 days after the product is received by the customer.
2. Return Conditions:
- The size, color, or quantity of the product does not match the order.
- The product has defects (fabric, printing, stitching, tearing, etc).
- The product delivered is incorrect.
3. Return Procedure:
- Shopee / Tokopedia / Tiktok
For purchases made through marketplaces, you can request a refund and return the product through the respective app/platform. Please include a photo/video with the reason for the return.

Customers can request a return by contacting the Admin via WhatsApp and filling out the return form as per the guidelines.
4. Shipping Cost Terms:
- If the received item is defective, wrong color/size, or does not match the order, the shipping cost will be fully covered by DS Modest.
- If the customer wants to exchange the color/size/product, the shipping cost will be fully covered by the buyer.
